Getting started is your first step to enjoying the benefits of indoor cycling. You’re joining a growing community of spin enthusiasts who inspire and empower each other on their journey to achieve wellness while being provided the knowledge and resources needed to meet your fitness goals.

It’s fast and easy to create an account at Vital Cycle using our convenient online Spinning reservation system. Once you have an account you are able to reserve your favorite bike and buy a single Spin ride or a package of rides. The cool thing about the easy Vital Cycle online reservation process is that you can reserve a bike up to 7 days in advance, no need to arrive early to ensure you have a bike. Rides can also be purchased at the studio. We are happy to welcome walk-ins but we can’t guarantee a bike without an advance reservation as our Spin classes do reach capacity from time to time.

I’m a Newcomer. What do i need to know?

Let us know if this is your first visit to our studio. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class time. Our staff will instruct you on bike set-up, shoes and provide a brief orientation.

Do I need to go to a beginner’s class?

No. Although our well-trained instructors will motivate and push you to a higher intensity at times you can always pace yourself by adjusting the resistance knob to a comfortable setting according to your fitness level. Remember: “THIS IS YOUR RIDE”, if you need to slow down and use less resistance it’s ok. We do offer “intro” sessions on demand for those that want to ease into the “cycling experience”. You can email us to set up a convenient time for you and we will be happy to accommodate you.

What to bring?

All you need is a desire to have a great time working out. You should bring a water bottle but we do sell cold bottled spring water for $1.00 if you forget and we provide towels as well, which you will definitely need (LOL). How about you bring your great smile and we’ll do the rest.

What to wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing. Shorts, leggings, athletic skirt. No loose-fitting clothes.

We recommend cycle shoes and we have them available for use but they are not a requirement. Stiffed soled athletic shoes are fine and our pedals have toe straps for securing your feet comfortably.

Will I be sore?

Usually with any new activity you experience soreness for a few days afterwards and Spinning is no different. So yes you will have some soreness but be assured that after a few rides that will fade.
