What is indoor cycling?

Indoor cycling is an organized group exercise led by a qualified instructor and performed on a stationary bicycle with a weighted flywheel that simulates riding outdoors. Commonly called spinning. This cardiovascular class focuses on endurance, strength and interval training(high intensity and recovery). You will be motivated by a dynamic instructor, the people around you and the beat of the music.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Our policy states that you can cancel 12 hours prior to the start of class. When the bike is cancelled we will credit the ride back to your account.

The ride will be charged to your account in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation. (We understand that emergencies happen so please contact us if this situation arises).

Do you have a wait list?

Yes. When a class is full you can add your name to the online wait list. If a bike becomes available we will send you an email and you will be added to the class.

Can I wear my athletic shoes for cycling?

Yes, any hard-soled athletic shoe is ok for your first class. Our bikes are SPD compatible and cycling shoes are recommended but not required. We do have them at the studio for you to use if you desire and strongly recommend you give them a try.

How important is Music selection?

At Vital Cycle we feel that Music is integral to creating an exceptional motivating class. When you have diverse genres, upbeat lyrics, rhythm, harmony, tempo and grammy winning vocals it sparks emotion and lifts your spirits to keep you riding with passion and a smile. When your cycle experience is surrounded by the powerful impact of energizing tracks and great music, exercise becomes easier and fun.
